Serving Double Oak, TX
Double Oak, TX is a small, established community in Denton County where households tend to be larger, properties sit on generous lots, and a move — whether across Denton County or across the country — is anything but a light lift. Families here often have decades of accumulated belongings, oversized furniture, and specialty pieces that demand careful handling, not a rushed hourly crew.
Oler Relo Mayflower serves Double Oak and the surrounding communities of Bartonville, TX; Copper Canyon, TX; Flower Mound, TX; and Highland Village, TX with the same full-service approach regardless of where your destination falls on the map. That means flexible options from packing-only assistance all the way through complete move management, a dedicated fleet operated by crews trained and certified to Mayflower Transit's standards, and pricing that's clear from the first estimate forward.
If your next move takes you to another part of Denton County or across state lines entirely, you won't need to start over with a new moving company. Oler Relo Mayflower operates its own dedicated fleet of vehicles — it is not a broker, and as a Mayflower Transit agent it is backed by the strength of the Mayflower network.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from Double Oak homeowners.
How does Oler Relo Mayflower price a residential move from Double Oak, TX?
Oler Relo Mayflower provides upfront estimates with transparent, itemized pricing — no hidden fees added at the end of your move. The quote accounts for the size of your home, the services you select (packing, unpacking, specialty item handling, or a combination), and the distance involved. Customizable service levels mean you can choose a full-service package or a more focused scope depending on your budget and timeline.
Do you actually move households in Double Oak yourselves, or are you a broker?
Oler Relo Mayflower operates its own dedicated fleet and is not a broker. Its crews are trained and certified to Mayflower Transit's standards and remain accountable to Oler Relo Mayflower throughout the process. For a community like Double Oak where households often contain high-value furniture and specialty items, that accountability matters.
Can Oler Relo Mayflower handle a large 4- or 5-bedroom home in Denton County?
Yes — moves of this scale are well within the team's standard scope. Oler Relo Mayflower handles everything from 2-bedroom apartments to sprawling 5-bedroom homes, coordinating full-service packing, specialty item handling, and dedicated fleet transport under one roof. Larger households in Double Oak and the surrounding area simply receive a more detailed planning process to make sure nothing is overlooked.
We're relocating out of Texas entirely — can you manage a long-distance or interstate move from Double Oak?
Oler Relo Mayflower handles local, in-state, interstate, and international residential moves under the same relationship — you don't need to find a different company when your destination changes. As a Mayflower preferred agent, the company carries national and international reach through one of the most recognized networks in the American moving industry, while still providing the direct accountability of a locally-operated team.
What does full-service packing actually include for a Double Oak household?
Full-service packing means the team handles the preparation of your entire home — wrapping, boxing, and labeling your belongings using professional-grade materials. Specialty item handling is also available for furniture, artwork, fragile pieces, or oversized items that require extra care. Unpacking services at your destination can be included as well, so you're not staring at a house full of boxes when the truck pulls away.
How far in advance should Double Oak families book a residential move?
Booking as early as your move date is confirmed gives you the most flexibility in scheduling and service selection — especially during spring and summer, when residential moving demand peaks across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Oler Relo Mayflower can outline a realistic planning timeline during your initial estimate conversation, so your move date, packing schedule, and any storage needs are coordinated well ahead of moving day.
What separates Oler Relo Mayflower from other moving companies serving the Double Oak area?
Several things distinguish Oler Relo Mayflower from typical local alternatives. The company has 25-plus years of experience, owns its dedicated fleet rather than brokering to outside carriers, and operates as a women-owned, family-run business — meaning customers receive consistent, personal attention as a Mayflower Transit agent backed by the Mayflower network. The company has also earned the Customer Excellence Award five times and holds a 4.8-star Google rating across 778 reviews, which reflects a sustained standard of service rather than a lucky streak.
Do you serve the communities near Double Oak, like Flower Mound or Highland Village?
